At Fellow Places, every item is custom made to order just for you. Because of this, production begins shortly after your order is placed to ensure your piece is created as quickly as possible.

Please double check all personalisation details, spelling, sizes, colours, and shipping information before placing your order. Fellow Places cannot be held responsible for customer errors submitted during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Our products are made to order and, where applicable, created or personalised specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds where a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, colour or specification, or no longer requires the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at hello@fellowplaces.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Once your order has shipped, Fellow Places is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
