At Fellow Places, every item is custom made to order just for you. Because of this, production begins shortly after your order is placed to ensure your piece is created as quickly as possible.

Please double check all personalisation details, spelling, sizes, colours, and shipping information before placing your order. Fellow Places cannot be held responsible for customer errors submitted during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

This means:

• We cannot accept returns for change of mind
• We cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or customer input errors
• We cannot resell customised items

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll work to make it right.
