Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Overview
The Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring customers through their unique affiliate link.
By participating in the programme, affiliates agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Commission
Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% of the net sale value for eligible purchases made through their affiliate link.
Commission is calculated excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, shipping fees, and any other non-commissionable charges.
3. Qualifying Referrals
A qualifying referral occurs when:
- A customer clicks an affiliate’s unique tracking link.
- The purchase is successfully completed.
- Payment is received in full.
- The order is not cancelled, refunded, disputed, or identified as fraudulent.
Self-referrals are not permitted. Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases they make themselves.
4. Payment Threshold
Commission payments will be issued once an affiliate’s approved commission balance reaches a minimum of $10 USD.
Balances below $10 USD will remain in the affiliate account until the threshold is reached.
5. Payment Schedule
Approved commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.
The Company reserves the right to delay payment to allow for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or fraud reviews.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a transaction is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the associated commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
If commission has already been paid on a refunded transaction, the amount may be deducted from future commission payments.
7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must not:
- Misrepresent the Company, its products, or services.
- Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
- Use spam, unsolicited email marketing, or other prohibited promotional methods.
- Bid on the Company’s branded keywords in paid advertising without written permission.
- Impersonate the Company or represent themselves as employees or agents of the Company.
8. Affiliate Approval and Termination
The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.
The Company may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if it believes these Terms have been violated or if activity is deemed fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the business.
Any unpaid commissions generated through prohibited activity may be forfeited.
9. Changes to the Programme
The Company reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment thresholds, programme rules, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Programme.
The Company’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total commission paid to the affiliate during the previous twelve months.
